At WeSuite, we empower security integrators and technology service providers with a sales platform that streamlines the entire sales lifecycle, from lead to quote to close, purpose-built for the industry. We started WeSuite after building a highly successful security integration company.

We were missing one very critical element – sales estimating software. Like many, we operated with our ‘locked down’ Excel spreadsheet, allowing the entire team access for estimating. Everyone created proposals of every flavor in Word. We were losing thousands and thousands of dollars in mistakes, our brand presentation was inconsistent, and changes were made to our terms and conditions, exposing us even further.

Winning sales deals are exported to SedonaOffice or Managely for job creation. Sales feeds accurate information to finance, purchasing, job management, and final delivery.

The integration enables real-time ‘read’ of information from SedonaOffice and Managely, such as existing customer, site and billing locations, contacts, parts, part level labor, chargeable items, and recurring services, saving salespeople time and lowering risk.

WeSuite provides specific features that enhance the use of existing system data, such as associating multiple labor categories in WeSuite with parts read from Bold Group, the ability to obtain latest pricing from accounting with a single click, export of winning job data to SedonaOffice and Managely for automated work order creation, and much more. Are there any new features or developments in your solution that you’re excited to share? 

Yes! We’ve recently introduced a completely reimagined QuoteAnywhere, our web-based platform. It is now a full-featured, stand-alone solution ideal for any sales team, and can support quoting projects of any size and level of complexity.

It streamlines lead creation, assignment, management, detailed estimating, proposal and contract automation, and change orders in a single, user-friendly, and efficient web-based platform. Plus, the powerful, favorite features that were once only available in WeOpportunity and WeEstimate are now available in QuoteAnywhere too. 

We also introduced our Sales Forms Module which enables design and configuration of digital forms for use in WeSuite at the customer and sale levels to capture additional information during the sales process, replacing paper and disjointed digital forms.

Think of recording sight survey information, additional booking information, and more, automatically associated to each sale. This results in greater efficiencies and data immediately available to the team members who need it. With our API, sales form data is easily exportable to third-party applications. It’s a win-win-win! 

We are also excited to announce that WeSuite is completing SOC 2 compliance, demonstrating our commitment to meeting the highest standards for operational integrity and security, 

What’s ahead for WeSuite? 

Exciting times in 2025! We continue to expand our investment in our QuoteAnywhere solution feature sets and plan to introduce AI into the platform this year to further assist sales teams in driving efficiency and new sales.
