We Know Security
Bold Technologies was founded in 1981 by a group of security industry leaders who understood the importance of keeping alarm monitoring software at the forefront of technology. With this goal, they introduced Manitou in 2002, a revolutionary alarm monitoring software platform with faster and more sophisticated automation solutions. The award-winning MediaGateway followed in 2009, and Manitou Cloud Services, a hosted automation service, was launched in 2015. Since then, Bold has continued to shape the development of contemporary alarm monitoring with its products and services.
Perennial Software was started in 1996 by two security industry developers, Michael Marks and Don Faybrick. In 2000, the company introduced its flagship product, SedonaOffice, which quickly became the top financial software for security companies. In 2014, to offer a specialized accounting solution for small and mid-size companies, Perennial launched AlarmBiller, which is now the top billing solution for security dealers.
