It was a treat this past week to visit with so many wonderful customers at the SedonaOffice Users Conference in Marco Island, Florida! It’s really a fantastic dynamic to have so many people with so much in common together in one place and see the networking and general camaraderie that takes place. And while there were many elements of the SOUC that people enjoyed (I see you, Ready Player One… and Two… and Sixty-Four… and Two Hundred Twenty…), one of the highlights of the event was the keynote address from our guest speaker, Mr. Jack Mackey.
If you didn’t have the pleasure of attending the event, you didn’t get to learn about “What Customers Love.” And that’s a shame because Jack’s presentation was not only informative and insightful, but downright entertaining as well! I hope someday you have the opportunity to see him speak in person. In the meantime, you still get a sample of his humor, because Jack sent us an excerpt from his video blog about the power of perception, which includes a pertinent story for those of us in the security industry!
Jack is a genuine guy, and if you enjoyed this video blog, you’ll likely enjoy his other entries! You can sign up for his blog at jackmackey.net/blog.
Again, if you were at the SOUC last week, I hope you enjoyed your time there. We certainly enjoyed hosting you! If you didn’t get the opportunity to join us, there will be a devoted SedonaOffice track at the final Bold Users Conference on the Queen Mary in Long Beach, California this summer. And of course, we return to Marco Island next January for the 2020 SOUC! We hope to see you at one or both of these events!
