Colorado Springs, CO – 01/21/19. EverCommerce has announced the acquisition of the California-based central station software company Secure Global Solutions (SGS), producer of the software platform, stages™. This is the fourth company in less than a year to enter the Bold Group Security Division of companies, which consists of Bold, Perennial, SIMS, and now SGS.

SGS was founded in 2006 and their enterprise-level software serves some of the largest central stations in the United States. Thom Meyer, Senior Vice President of SGS, says: “We are excited to be part of the growing security portfolio within the Bold Group.
