The Future of Central Station Software
Alarm handling is simple; operators can either automatically receive alarms or choose them from an alarm queue. The alarm queue shows all pending alarms by priority and color coded depending on alarm status. The operator can select an alarm from the queue with the click of a mouse.
The main alarm screen shows customer details such as name, address, telephone number and required actions. The alarm can be handled, placed on hold or canceled.
Operator comments can be entered into the event log which is useful in event reports or when another operator picks up the alarm. Required actions are shown in green and any actions already performed are displayed in red. All customer information can be shown on screen by clicking on the "customer" button.
