Bold offers a variety of training options to meet both your needs and budget.

Manitou On-Site Technical Training
One of our trainers will work with you to develop a training course tailored to suit your needs. We will then fly someone on-site, where they will conduct training on data entry, alarm processing and basic system management such as back-ups and reports. If assistance is needed with the installation and configuration of your computer equipment or networks, this can be done on a pre-arranged basis. This fee is based on 8 hour days. If training extends beyond 8 hours, additional charges may apply. Customer will be responsible for Air Fare, Hotel and Car Rental. All other expenses are covered by Bold Technologies.

Web-Based Training
Many customers like the convenience and cost benefits of online training. Through our online portal any number of people can log into an online training session given by one of our trainers.
Session includes up to 8 hours of Internet-based training.

Manitou Training—Colorado Training Facility
Sometimes training works better away from the work environment. We will put together a training course tailored to your needs and host it at our training facility located in our Colorado Springs headquarters. In addition to customized training, the Colorado Springs headquarters offers periodic open courses such as the Manitou Database Administrator Certification Course (MDACC), Advanced IT training and Central Station Manager training. Customized training typically works best in small groups of 2-6 people. Customer is responsible for travel-related expenses.
