The Manitou Database Administrator Certification Course (MDACC) is taking place from Tuesday, February 3^rd through Thursday, February 5^th.  The MDACC is a high-level course designed to introduce qualified customers to the technologies and techniques used by the staff of Bold Technologies when troubleshooting Manitou. The course includes classroom instruction in a hands-on learning environment along with an evening lab so users can practice what they have learned with Bold staff on hand to work through specific questions.

The Manitou Central Station Manager Course is being held Tuesday, February 10^th through Thursday, February 12^th.  Designed by a Central Station Manager with Manitou users in mind, the course focuses on items that Central Station Managers handle daily with an emphasis on the issues that matter most in your monitoring center.
