Here is a tip on the Customer Count report that I just learned myself.
If you want to run a Customer Count report for a series of accounts that have the same name such as "Crafter's Cafe" enter the name CRAFTER'S CAFE in the FROM field and CRAFTER'S CAFEZ in the TO field and you will get all accounts with Crafter's Cafe in the name.
Try it... you will be pleasantly suprised with your results.
