Posted in [Events], [MediaGateway], [News], [Product Information], [Uncategorized] By Brandon Lilly

ESX 2010 Maximum Impact AwardESX 2010 is in full swing and we've had a blast catching up with old friends, and making some new ones. Thanks to everyone who stopped by the Bold booth #314 today. It was great getting a chance to say hi!

For the 2nd year in a row, we are excited to announce that Bold has taken home the 2010 ESX Maximum Impact Award in the Central Station Equipment; Central Station Software category with our newest software product, the PBXAssistant.

"PBXAssistant provides full call control with integrated IVR and routing using Automatic Call Distribution. The module connects callers with the best matching agent by communicating with the Manitou system, and ensures agents do not receive unrelated calls when they are handling alarms. Add OpenVoice to greet callers with customized TTS menus."

Stop by booth #314 and we'll give you a quick tour of the Maximum Impact Award winning PBXAssistant!
