In partnership with the Central Station Alarm Association, Bold Technologies is proud to announce its Five Diamond Sponsorship program. Bold is dedicated to supporting the betterment of the industry and we can think of no better way to do that than to help Central Stations by supporting their continuing education and industry involvement.
To date, there are over 100 Central Stations who have received the distinguished honor of Five Diamond. This program has become the gold standard for Central Station Excellence and it was founded on the following five principles:
- Commitment to random inspections and quality criteria standards by a nationally recongnized 3rd party such as UL of FM
- Commitment to highest Central Station levels
- Commitment to ongoing job-related training
- Commitment to raising industry standards through CSAA Membership and participation in its activities
- Commitment to reducing false dispatches
Beginning in September, 2009, Bold Technologies will fund the cost of CSAA Online Operator Training for new Manitou customers. The Central Station must be or become a CSAA Member in order to qualify for this program. Bold will fund training for the number of operators employed at the time of contract signatures. If any operator has already achieved the CSAA Level 1 certification at the time of contract signatures, Bold will sponsor their CSAA Level 2 Evaluation.
