Amy Condon spent her last 13 years at Dice Corporation, another industry software solution provider, where she was a leader in customer service and support efforts. Prior to her time there, she was a part of a Michigan-based central station, bringing a well-rounded perspective to Bold's Customer Care team. "It's already been great to experience such a unique focus on the customer experience," Condon said of her move to Bold.
