Tip of the Week : Transferring Loquendo Voices - Melanie Harvey

Posted in [MediaGateway], [Product Information], [Tips] By Brandon Lilly

Transferring  or reinstalling a machine with Loquendo Voices:

With the Bold MediaGateway OpenVoice system you have the option to purchase Loquendo Voices to enhance the voice that is played to your customer.

Loquendo Voice licenses are per machine and must be removed from the machine they are on with the license transfer tool in order to move them. If you have Loquendo Voices on your machine and need to reinstall that machine or are upgrading to a new machine please be sure to contact your Bold Technologies customer support representative to transfer the license.

Loquendo will charge for a new license if the license transfer tool is not used to properly transfer the license.
