MDACC 2010 Announced for September

We are pleased to announce that the Manitou Database Administrator Certification Course (MDACC for short) is back for the 4th straight year.

The MDACC 2010 will be held from Monday, September 20 - Friday, September 24.

The MDACC is a 3-day boot-camp style course that is designed to introduce customers to the technologies and techniques used by the Bold staff when troubleshooting Manitou.  The course is held in our training lab in Colorado Springs and is a mix of classroom instruction and hands-on learning  in our "virtual central station" environment.

You may have noticed that the MDACC 2010 is 5-days versus 3-days.  Last year, we extended the MDACC by one full day to include training on our award-winning Bold MediaGateway product line.  This year we have extended the Bold MediaGateway training into two full days.
